A local building project based in Totnes, Devon for a large loft conversion, extension.
Requiring 6 full house width RSJ’s in total. The first floor had to be completely re-joisted and a whole new roof structure formed with 2 skylights in the new roof of the structure. The client requested a traditional roofing felt finish to the newly formed flat roofs with a combined area of just over 70m2 to be felted. Architect plans and structural calculations where carried out by CB designs.
