A small loft conversion to match existing property
We were approached by a client who wanted to add a small loft conversion to his house. Ultimately we came up with a couple of design idea’s for the client. Straight away the client agreed on the design of a pitch roof dormer. Which above all would match the house best. As a result we incorporated a master bedroom with an en-suite with storage to make use of the space available. We accommodated their ideas into our designing process. All relevant building regulations were in-place enabling the project to be signed off by local building control.
