Small Side Utility Area

Next level construction built this single-skin concrete block construction with supporting piers and a mono-pitched roof to match the existing house to be used as a storage building. Building regulations did apply and were followed, meaning it will be a signed-off project.

The single-block construction received a waterproof Tyrolean render to match the existing house finish.
